He was the first contractor to return my call and the only one to come out to my home to see my garage in person to inspect it in order to provide me an accurate quote. We unfortunately got scammed by a jerk in offer up. Luckily we found Conrad and his team. They saved us. They undid the damages from the first guy. They properly prepared the garage floor and did all necessary layers. They were able to fit us in so quickly. So my project stayed on track. I absolutely love the epoxy floor. We are so glad to have chosen Garage Lab for our epoxy flooring project. Conrad was prompt to reply to our request, showed up on the scheduled time, and gave a detailed breakdown of the process/materials involved. Just before the start of the epoxy work, we decided to get the garage walls and ceiling painted separately as well. Conrad was accommodating of this addition to our originally discussed plan. On the day of installation, he showed up on time and started the work right away. The prep work (which is the most imp part) took most of the first dat and was done to detail. The final outcome on the next day, surpassed all our expectations. We had other comparable quotes as well and I am glad we decided to go with Garage Labs. Don’t fall for “24 hours” gimmick and make sure whosoever you choose, can stand by their work for years to come (have heard horror stories about epoxy peeling off in 2-3 yrs). I’ll recommend Conrad and Garage Labs with no reservations to anyone looking to “upgrade” their garage flooring.

Conrad did an excellent job on our 3 car garage, was doing a full overhaul after purchasing a home with the intent of doing some hobby work rebuilding engines, welding and the like. Even under welding spatter, oil, coolant, cleaning chemicals and every other chemical you could imagine, this stuff hasn’t budged! Also gave us a killer price on some slat walls for tool organization and helped us with some tool cabinets as well. A true professional and quality work! Super reasonable pricing. Went over the chemical compounds and all the jargon, not that I really understood it but it showed he was knowledgeable and truly passionate about a quality product. 5 stars all around.
